How much does it cost?
Most ISPs cover ISP Disconnect charges. If there are any direct customer charges for our service, they will be very clearly provided before any information is provided by the customer.
How can ISP Disconnect disconnect my existing ISP service?
Simple. Customers give us authorized consent to act as their representative with the old ISP to disconnect their service.
How long does it take?
Generally just a couple of days. When you’re submitting your request, we’ll ask when you’d like the old ISP service to be disconnected. We work to achieve that date with your old provider.
Will I be without internet service?
Yikes, we certainly hope not! Most customers request disconnection of their old service a day or two after their new service is to be installed to avoid going without ISP service.

Yes! Our platform is built to bank-level security standards. Information you transmit is encrypted, secure, and used ONLY for disconnection purposes. We never distribute or sell data.
